All products are subject to availability and our acceptance of your order.
We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Products and Made to Order Policy
All items sold are made to order. Each product is created specifically for you after your purchase is completed. Because of this, all sales are final except as outlined below.
Return and Refund Policy
Due to the made to order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect as a result of our error.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we will make it right.
To report an issue:
- Contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number
- Include clear photos showing the issue
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost. Refunds are not issued unless required by law.
Sizing Issues
We do not offer exchanges or refunds for ordering the wrong size.
Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order. By completing your purchase, you accept responsibility for the size selected.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders may only be modified or canceled within 2 hours of purchase.
After this time, orders enter production and cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded for any reason.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed. Once an order has shipped, responsibility for delivery transfers to the shipping carrier.
Lost or Stolen Packages
My Merch Factory is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier.
If you experience delivery issues:
- Verify the shipping address entered at checkout
- Contact your local post office or shipping carrier
- File a claim directly with the carrier
Intellectual Property
All content on including but not limited to designs, images, logos, text, and graphics, is the property of My Merch Factory and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Merch Factory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of this website or products purchased.
